Our Treasure Boxes are as unique as the children who receive them. Often referred to as "Boxes Full Of Happiness" they are full to the top of wish list items that really do create the biggest smiles
Treasure Box Checklist
For a child to be eligible to receive a Treasure Box, the child must:
- Be aged between 1-18 years old.
- Be currently receiving treatment for a brain or spinal tumour.
- Be a UK resident

The form can be completed by a parent, guardian, medical professional, social worker or by the child themselves.
Please note: the application needs to be fully completed including a signed headed letter from the hospital on where the child is receiving treatment.
Incomplete, misleading or false information can result in rejection of a Treasure Box. As you can appreciate, we receive a high level of referrals so please be patient with our response time. Unfortunately, we don’t supply siblings treasure boxes at this time and we can only supply treasure boxes to children that are receiving treatments for brain or spinal tumours. Unfortunately at this moment we can’t accept any other type of childhood cancers.
